Rental Period

The rental rate is based on eight hours of operation or 24-hour period, forty hours per week or 5 regular working days and 160 hours or a 4-week period constituting a month. If exceeded the rate will be charged accordingly Based on hours of use. We DO NOT pro rate.

Delivery Charges

Delivery and pick up service is available. Charges vary based on equipment type and jobsite location.

Deposits

Deposits are required on all rentals unless customer has a pre-approved charge account with our accounts receivable dept. deposits will vary according to equipment type and duration of rental.

Billing

Invoices for rentals are billed at initial time of rental for pre-determined time period. Terms are net 30 days on ALL invoices.

Taxes

Massachusetts’s sales tax shall be applied to all rentals and sale invoices unless the appropriate tax-exempt certificate is on file with our Company.

Insurance

Customer is responsible for all comprehensive property and liability Insurance as well as fire and theft coverage while the equipment is in their possession. We reserve the right to verify coverage, and to be named as loss payee or additional insured.

Liability of customer

Customer will be charged for the costs of repairs or replacement (which ever is less) of equipment lost or stolen while equipment is in their possession. This includes exterior or mechanical damages caused by negligence or abuse.

Equipment maintenance

Customer is fully responsible for all daily required maintenance including oil and hydraulic levels, routine grease intervals, Air filters, tire pressures, Etc. Flat tires are the customer responsibility, unless, tire condition is determined less than appropriate at time of rental.

Fuel charges

Fuel charges will apply if equipment is determined to have less fuel than originally sent out with.
